Confirm the key is assigned to a populated slot. Open its property inspector and select slot 1, 2, or 3.
Clear any custom Stream Deck title applied to the key. A custom title takes precedence over the automatic title and countdown.
Before release, the plugin opens the game’s HTTPS Steam Store page. After release, Steam must be installed and discoverable on Windows. Restart Steam and the Stream Deck App, then try again.
Restart the Stream Deck App. If the problem continues, remove and add the action again.
